TUCASI – Knaphill’s online payment system reminder

We have an online payment system – TUCASI. This system allows you to make payments to our school using the internet for school dinners, trips & other events such as residential visits, swimming, day trips etc. We also use this to communicate with you, via letters, e-mails and text’s so please make sure you are signed up to TUCASI for all the latest news and events.

If you have not received a registration letter please email – with the subject line – “Tucasi register letter” & your child’s name. We will reply to you with a copy of the letter attached in order for you to register.

Dinner Money Payment

All meals must be paid for in advance & on-line using Tucasi. The amount for you to pay is displayed when you log onto your child’s account. If paying online presents an extreme difficulty for you, please contact the school office. Please note that Surrey County Council has adopted a zero tolerance policy on providing school meals without payment and any debt will be referred to them. This might result in them taking further action.

Please note that you still must fill out a change of lunchtime meal arrangement form available from the school office, before you change from hot dinners to sandwiches and vice versa, otherwise you will be liable to pay for dinners your child has not had.
