The last day of the school year is here and it was a lovely way to finish with the Year 6 leaver’s assembly. It was great to see all their photos and hear all their memories from Knaphill which showed what a fantastic time they have had. We are so proud of all of them and wish them all the best at their secondary school. A huge thank you to the Year 6 parents/guardians who presented us with a Legacy gift which we will use towards improving the school in September; we cannot thank them enough. It really does go a long way!

We would like to say well done to all the children at Knaphill for a wonderful year and for working so hard. Every child has achieved so much and we are lucky to have such committed and respectful children.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Knaphill for going above and beyond and for making Knaphill the success it is. They are all so passionate about their work here and love teaching all the children.

Thank you to all the parents/guardians at Knaphill for your support and kind comments over the year. We have a very strong community around us thanks to the dedication and care from everyone. All our class rep meeting minutes are now on the parentzone page for this half term if you would like to read them. Thank you to our supportive class reps this year; you have been very important in providing great communication in each class.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Knaphill School hosted an art gallery, displaying artwork which the children had produced around the theme, ‘Silhouette Self Portraits.’ The exhibition organisers commented on the high quality of the work and the care and attention to detail that the children had taken when producing their artwork. On Thursday, they announced the following winners:-

Ava Year 5 (Overall Winner)
Ben Year 5(Highly Commended)
Emma H Year 6 (Highly Commended)
Gracie Year 4 (Highly Commended)
